Shipping Changes coming 1 July 2011
Beginning 1 July 2011, shipping & handling rates and services will change. The changes to our shipping rates are due to increases in warehouse, shipping and fuel surcharges that we have incurred. To allow us to ensure costs are being covered without having to increase our rates dramatically to our members we have made the following changes to our shipping service:
New shipping & handling rates will be as follows:
- AU shipping $13 for first hundred spent, $9 per hundred thereafter
- AU pick-up AU pick-up $5 per hundred spent (from Brisbane office)

This will result in only a $2 increase for a majority of 120QV AutoShip customers. Orders totaling $301 or more will have no increase and orders over $401 will actually decrease in shipping & handling cost.
The following conditions apply to Australian shipped orders:
- If first line of address is P.O. : PO; MS/; M/S; Mail Service; Postal Box: LPO – order automatically defaults to Australia Post
- Deliveries to the following postal codes automatically default to Australia Post –
- Unless the order is under 5kg, is not any of the option 1 – then will default to Australian Air Express

All orders* under 5kg will go via Australian Air Express service at no extra cost. This will result in a faster shipping time than normal courier or Australia Post deliveries for nearly all areas. Popular items under 5kg include Tahitian Noni™ Original™ or Family™ 4L Quad, 4 x 750mL bottles of Tahitian Noni Original, Family or Pure™, or 2 x 1L Tahitian Noni Original or n-Core™.
*Any orders to P.O. Boxes, GPO or Mail Service will ship Australia Post.
